Juston Givens represents clients in commercial and business litigation and related matters in state court, federal court, and arbitration covering a wide range of industries and issues.

Juston represents a diverse group of privately-held and public companies and businesses as well as individuals. He represents and advises clients in various complex matters, including construction, manufacturing, agriculture, sales, commercial and consumer contract disputes, insurance, partner and business dissociation/disputes, and entertainment. Juston’s practice is primarily in the litigation of such matters, and his ability to achieve solutions serves his clients well, regardless of the type of dispute in which they are involved.
Born and raised in rural Oklahoma Panhandle, he was immersed in the agriculture industry and related businesses, gaining the unique perspectives that only hard work and hands-on experience can provide. These early life lessons positioned Juston to have rare insights and experiences, which continue to serve his clients well.
While in law school, Juston was a merit scholar and a member of Phi Delta Phi legal fraternity. During the summer of 2006, he completed the International Association of Defense Counsel’s Trial Academy at Stanford University, focusing on honing jury trial skills and techniques.
Juston lives in Edmond, Oklahoma, with his wife, Casie, and their children, Sawyer and Josie. He spends most of his free time with his family, enjoying time at the lake or taking an occasional trip to Colorado.
