Zachary A. Carson is a litigation attorney who represents both individuals and companies in a wide range of civil litigation matters.

Zac grew up in Tulsa, Oklahoma and spends his free time playing sports, traveling, and hunting. Zac attended the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville for his undergraduate degree. After obtaining his undergraduate degree, Zac followed in the footsteps of his grandfather, who was a circuit judge in Van Buren, Arkansas, and decided to attend law school at Oklahoma City University School of Law. During law school, Zac was on the Dean’s List and Faculty Honor Roll, was a Cali Award recipient, and served as a member on the Academic Curriculum Committee. Zac graduated from Oklahoma City University School of law in 2020 and joined Perri Dunn on June 1, 2021. Zac’s practice primarily focuses on commercial disputes in both state and federal court.

- Assisted with development of legal arguments and case strategy in collaboration with clients in business dispute lawsuits.
- Draft and prepare numerous litigation support filings, including affidavits, motions, briefs and discovery requests/responses.
- Research to support or defend claims in matters involving real estate, commercial contracts, the uniform commercial code, tax planning, creditor’s remedies, and trusts and estates.
